Kaila is committed to helping clients achieve their long-term financial success and has extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals, as well as local families planning for various stages of life. Kaila joined Long Run Wealth Advisors in April 2019 after a six-year career at Goldman Sachs AYCO Personal Financial Management. Throughout her work Kaila strives to provide accessibility, accountability and sound financial advice.

Prior to joining Long Run, Kaila was a financial planner at Goldman Sachs AYCO where she developed investment and tax strategies for high net worth individuals, and led special projects for the Executive Group implementing strategic initiatives nationwide. Kaila holds a B.S. in finance and economics from Siena College in Loudonville, NY has her Series 66 license and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP^®).

Kaila relocated to Lake Placid from Saratoga Springs in 2019, has a long history in the Adirondack region; she is an alumnus of the New York Ski Educational Foundation program and has spent many summers at her family's camp on Schroon Lake. Kaila and her husband Dan enjoy skiing, hiking, boating, and ecotourism adventures around the world. Committed to the local community, Kaila serves on the Board of the Housing Assistance Program of Essex County, is a Saranac Lake Rotarian, and coaches girls lacrosse for Tri-Lakes Youth Lacrosse.
